We collect information you provide directly: your name, email, password, and company details (CSD/CIPC registration numbers, B-BBEE level, CIDB grade, tax clearance status, uploaded certificates, tender documents, and related business content). We also store payment/subscription status via our payment processor, PayFast — we do not store your card details ourselves.
Your company information is used to assess tender eligibility and to draft proposal content on your behalf. It is only ever used within your own account — it is never shared with other companies using the Service, and never sold to third parties.
Data is stored on servers operated on our behalf and is not shared outside the Service except where necessary to provide it (e.g. our payment processor for billing, our email provider for sending notifications, and the underlying document-processing systems that power tender analysis and drafting).
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by us. Account admins can do this directly from the app under Privacy & Data — a self-service data export (a full copy of everything we hold on your company, in JSON) and a self-service account deletion tool. Alternatively, email tenderresposesa@newgenit.ai and we will process the request within 30 days as required by POPIA.
We keep only what's needed to provide the Service, for only as long as your account is active:
Self-service account deletion is immediate, permanent, and covers every record described above that we hold ourselves.
Access to the Service is protected by password authentication and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Uploaded documents and company records are only accessible to authenticated users of your own company account and platform administrators for support purposes.
