TenderResponseSA ("the Service") helps registered companies analyse tender and RFP documents, assess eligibility, and draft proposal responses. The Service assists with document review and drafting — it does not guarantee a successful bid, and does not replace your own compliance checks or professional/legal advice before submitting any tender.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any content, compliance matrix entry, or draft proposal generated through the Service before submitting it to any organ of state or private client. Content flagged "Needs Review" must be checked by a qualified person on your team before submission. The Service is a drafting and analysis aid, not a compliance guarantee.
Each company account is billed according to the plan selected at signup. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Free trials convert to a paid plan only when you actively select and pay for one — trials do not auto-charge.
You may upload company registration documents, B-BBEE certificates, tax clearance documents, tender packs, and related business information. You confirm you have the right to upload this information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The Service is provided "as is." TenderResponseSA is not liable for losses arising from a disqualified, late, incomplete, or unsuccessful tender submission, including where such an outcome results from content generated or analysed through the Service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
